Leslies Poor, Poor Customer Service!

I have been trying for over 2 weeks to have a return Fed Ex Label sent to me via email. I ordered 12 solar rings, they are too small and I'd have to order 24 to fit the pool, and that is not cost effective, so I want to return them... After waiting on hold for 20 minutes... They said I'd have a return label emailed to me in 48 hours... I said I have 2 boxes, so I'd need 2... He said he'd note that... Well one label was emailed to me... Then the fun began... Between then and now I have placed 3 more calls, at an average wait time of 20 minutes, they must have 1 person handling all the calls... And 2 emails later, and a voicemail I left with them... The rep said I could expect a label in 72 hours! 72 hours? Why does it take so long... I've already been waiting 200 hours... He sid she was there and I could talke with her... He transfered me, and guess what??? I got her voicemail... Good luck to me, huh??? I will never, ever, EVER order from this company again!!!
