I bought a goose down blanket at overstock.com believing their description of the item. It happened to be nearly goose - downless.
I initiated the return process at 09.02.05 which is within the return limits of the company. However, they did not mail me a return label since then. They keep sending me instead e-mails explaining me their problems with the return.
Even if I succeed in returning, they force me to credit them. Perhaps, it is their way to conduct the business.
Their postal address is not mentioned on their site.
