USBI crammed $271.71 for one telephone (which I never made) on my Verizon bill. I spent 3 hours on the telephone with them and Verizon. At the end of the conversation, USBI promised to remove the charges. Two months later USBI issued a credit on my phone bill for less than $30, leaving more than $240 still on my Verizon phone bill.
I never made the call, and even if I had made the call, I have unlimited long distance service through Verizon.
The customer service representative of USBI (I believe from India) lied to me about removing the charges.
I filed a complaint with the FCC, but have heard nothing.
