I just had Sears home services here to Repair my Kenmore Refridgerator not cooling. The tech after several consults with a sr tech determined it had a coolant leak but wasnt able to confirm because his leak detector was not working properly. He said that the Evaporator would have to be replaced at a cost of $370.02. The tech has only been repairing Refers for 2 days I feel that the charge of 65.00 = tax for on the job trainee is not the responsibility of the customer especially paying journeyman rates to a trainee. Please wake up am
and smell the coffee. I will close my account at sears Thank you Dan Hughes service order 76471746
