Ripoff, url has expired, rip off, rip off, rip off, have not recieved item

I ordered a Urine stain kit from Roper systems internation through the site www.bleachstains.com on or about the first of October, I have yet to recieve my order and have placed phone calls thru the number given on the website, and have left messages and have sent emails with no response. I believe that I have been scammed and want a full refund, so I might go another route. Very disappointed in this company... They are very unprofessional, I would not reccommend using this company.
