On 3/10/08 I placed an order with this company they claim it was shipped out on 3/11/08 I have still not recieved this order. They have givin me no tracking number for the shipment I have send four emails with no response and the customer service email box is full so one of my emails was returned to me so i started sending emails through the website.
I have tried to call. The voicemail mailbox is full so there is no way to leave a message. These are some shaddy business practices from a shaddy company.
I don't wanna hear anything about you defending your company talking about the product works because the only way anyone can know if it works is if they recieve it that is the first part of winning the battle.
There are two options this company can do send me what I paid for or they can give me my money back it really is that simple stop ripping people off if you can't deliver then stop offering the service.
