Roper Systems International - Jerry Gordon ripoff, fraudulently taking money from my credit card & not sending all my products. I did recieve the Professional color kit but not the case of Neutralizer or the case of color prep that I had paid for. He gave me the Globle Express Mail numbers. I emailed him several times to look into it. He will not return my calls.
Bought a Professional Spot dye kit with a case of bleach neutralizer and a case of dye prep. He took my credit card number over the phone.
It took months & emails to finally recieve a damaged color kit. But no case of neutralizer or dye prep. I've called & emailed, no success.
He emailed the 3 Globle Express Mail numbers. Jerry Gordon will not respond. Hopefully, my credit card company may be able to do something. At least, get my money back.
