Phillip Roper/IA design started working on developing/programming our web site, in the middle of completion decided to sell our design to one of our competitors for more money.
Leaving us high and dry as far as completing the back end programing which he was hired to do. We paid him in excess of $7000.00 for work that was never finished.
Once he saw our design he approached many of our competitors to sell our design to them unknown to us at the time, for more money.
We allowed this man into our site only to complete programming as needed, he obviuosly saw the lite another way, by steeling our ideas.
Our comapny went to court and was successful in obtaining a judgment in the amount of $5100.00 against Roper of IA Design and are in the process of collection.
Beware of this company and the individual that lends himself out, buyer beware, smooth talker to get your money in place, to look at your site to re sell it to the highest bidder.
