I signed a contract for work with Phillip Roper of IA Design in February. I put up 1/3 of the project as a deposit for a job he stated would require 40 hours of his time.
He never did any work on my project and tried to pawn it off on another programmer. This was not acceptable to me. Therefore, I demanded my deposit back from Phillip on several occasions to no avail.
I noticed he has ripped off another company and felt compelled to post this report, hopefully, to help others avoid problems in the future.
My advice is not to use IA Design nor Phillip Roper.
