I wished I had checked rippoff.com before placing my order! Upon placing my order my card was immediately charged and I recieved a confirmation # claiming it had bee shipped the same day. Yet there was no tracking number. They claimed it would be normal shipping time and if it was over 14 days I would be notified. I was not! For weeks I left messages and emails inquiring on my order status. NO response until I threatened contacting the attorney generals office. Then he called very apologetic. He claimed his product had frozen causing delays. Then he assured me it would be to me within 5 days. That was over 3 weeks ago! And again he is ignoring emails and messages. Now six and a half weeks later, I have now had to contact my bank to begin an investigation to get the funds reversed into my account! Don't trust this man!
