I've been offered a service agreement on my refrigerator when I called for repair appointment in May. The agreement included replacing a refrigerator if it cannot be fix. 4 months and 7 service appointments later my frdge still does not work, and every technician that comes, replaces a part (including the ones that have already been replaced). Sears refuses to honor their service agreement.
