Sears does not provide their customer service reps with the best service dates on 1-800-4-MY-HOME if you have a Sears Protection Agreement and does not provide a way for customers to schedule an appointment online if you indicate you have a Sears Protection Agreement (because Sears wants the $60 minimum service fee appointments first).

You can get better dates online for service if you indicate you don't know whether you have a Sears Protection Agreement, but then indicate in the comment section that you have an Agreement.
