Recently, our Sony projection screen television quit working. The television is six years old. We have been paying for a service agreement on it, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a refrigerator freezer, and a camera. Obviously we do alot of business with Sears with all of the service agreements.
Calling Sears, I was told that a service repairman would not be able to look at the television until January 3 to determine if a part needed to be ordered. Are you kidding me, I called on December 21. What good is a service agreement, if the product will not be serviced for three weeks and then maybe it can/will be fixed. WOW, that is some kind of customer service. This is how it has been with Sears. Our record with Sears products and service on them has been a disaster.
