I purchased a 28 cu ft refrigerator from SEARS. A damaged refrigerator was delivered to my home. The service department said I would be receiving a $100 coupon for purchases from Kmart or Sears if I would accept delivery of a new refrigerator the following week. I received the appliance the following week. Where is my promised coupon?
