Sold damaged goods does not answer phone or email website not now accessible

I purchsed a garden swing chair online the cushion was damaged.
I emailed company to ask how to get replacement. Automated email reply and tel no sent promise to contact within 24hrs.
Tried to contact, no reply, now phone number is unavailable web site is now down.
