Avoid this internet business like the plague. I thought that had I found a decent replacement for the notoriously bad "Pooy Pod Depot" - WRONG! After placing an order, I received an automated reply letting me know that my order would be processed and I would shortly receive an email with a tracking number. A day goes by - nothing. Another day - nothing. I send an email, politely asking for confirmation that my order had been received - no reply. Another e-mail the next day and still no reply. I check online and see that my bank account has been advised of the order, but it had not gone through? Odd. Then I notice that the charge was for $5 more than the website said it would cost! The hits just keep on coming.
I finally sent an email telling them to cancel the order (if it had ever been processed) and that I would find a more reliable competitor. Again no reply. I can only hope that they do not try to put the order through - I hate fighting with sleazy online vendors.
