I order Dark Shadows DVD collection set in December. The company said it wouldntake two to four weeks. An email was sent telling they recieved my order and it was complete. I waited, three weeks past and i repleied to the email they originally sen t me. No reply. So i went to their website after the fourth week of wating and no reply i sent another email from my email account and their website to date no reply. Can you advise me what to alternative I have.
