Recieved goods from the Ugg Store, quality was not what was expected for the money. Emailed Store, had automated reply, emailed after a further 9 days. No reply, emailed after another week only an automated reply.
Cannot add a review on their site apart from sending an email to the sales department and I am not sure they would "post it" anyway as they have pages of satisfied customer comments.
Cannot find phone or fax numbers anywhere, cannot talk to them about my complaint, cannot afford to fly to Australia! My experiences make them an unsatisfactory company to deal with.
