On 14th December I ordered the complete set of Barnaby Jones DVDs from this company. I received a confirmation email giving details of the transaction and stating that there would be a delay of 2-4 weeks due to the Christmas break. After 5 weeks I emailed them to tell them that I had not yet received the order. They replied promptly reiterating the fact that Christmas was holding up the delivery and to be patient. Well, now nearly 12 weeks have elapsed and still no sign of the goods. I have been trying to email them numerous times and each time the email is returned "undeliverable" They deducted $87.71 AUD from my credit card on the 14th December, the same day I put in the order. I cannot afford to lose this money without receiving the goods. I was directed to this company from the Amazon website as Amazon did not have this series available. I am very surprised that a reputable firm such as Amazon would direct its clients to such a doubtful company. The emails which I sent to DVD Kangaroo were as a reply to their most recent email, the address being [email protected]
Obviously this no longer exists and no other methods of contact were offered. I tried to follow it up through Amazon but they deny any knowledge of this.
