I bought tanning lotion from this company, next day they said they shipped it, but it never arrived. I went back to their website to find contact info... There is none, except an email address. I have now sent 3 emails over 6 days and not had one reply.
On the website, it says in case of non delivery contact customer service. Ha, theres no phone number anywhere on the site, no address nothing but an email address that they never reply from Alli did find out was that their visa terminal is in Kansas, as it showed up on the bank statement.
Anyone dealing with this company beware, their customer service is appalling.
