I bought a brand new leather chair, couch, and ottoman in November. Today, (8 months) later, a repair patch that was covering a cut on the chair's cushion came off. Why did it have a repair patch on it in the first place? I bought it new, not damaged. Anyway, I went to the Ashley Furniture store where I purchased the chair from in Frisco, TX and asked for a new cushion. They said they will only give me a new cushion if the technician can't fix it. Apparently you've already fixed it once, and it only lasted 8 months. I don't want it fixed, it shouldn't have been damaged in the first place. I paid $900 for a new chair not a refurbished one.
