My husband purchased a crystal rose and perfume decanter for our anniversary at the end of August. It arrived broken. I emailed the company asking what we needed to do. After a few days and no response, I emailed them again. I received an automated do-not-reply to email stating that they will get to us shortly. After waiting one week, I decided to call them at the number listed on their website. I left a message on their voice mail (which didn't state the name of the company by the way). After waiting about another week my husband and I grew very frustrated. I sent them another email stating that if they did not contact me asap that I would be filing a complaint with the BBB, which after waiting another few days and receiving another automated do-not-reply to email, is exactly what I did.
I received an email from the BBB that they had made several attempts to contact the company and have gotten no response.
We are still waiting for a full refund.
Do not do business with this company. If you receive your merchandise broken, chances are that you'll never hear from them nor get your money back.
