I bought a white bedroom set for my daughter from this website in December and it was not delivered until the very end of January. Almost every single piece came damaged and had to be returned (I made sure to document and take pictures of EVERYTHING before I signed off on the receipt because that's what it said I had to do). It was probably another month to get replacement pieces. Some of those still were not in the best condition but were acceptable. Within 2 months, the bed frame started showing major signs of flaws. There were all these spots and cracks showing up in the wood that were probably just originally covered with paint. They were EVERYWHERE! I immediately called Bradley and sent pictures. They agreed to replace the frame but THAT NEVER HAPPENED! I received several emails from Cindy, I think the only person that works there, where she promised the new frame was coming and listed excuse after excuse as to why it was delayed.
