I purchased a couch and loveseat a couple years ago and they have had a lot of issues. Ie springs, stuffing, frame coming through leather and more. The Roomstore has send Alterior Designs to my home to fix the problem every few months. It was never fixed right. About a month ago they informed me that they would have to take the furniture to their repair shop to fix it. They were to fix the springs as well as re-stuff the cushions and repair all sides where the frame is pushing throught he leather. They picked up the furniture and when they returned it 3 days later it was way overstuffed and very uncomfortable to sit on. I thought maybe it would go down after a few days of sitting on it. Later that evening I was looking at the loveseat and noticed I could see white stuffing between the cushion. Turning over the pieces we noticed they had sliced the cushions to add stuffing and then staples it ~ ooked hobbible and slices were showing in the front. When I called they said "Why did you accept it"? I told them I didn't see it until after they delivered it. They picked the pieces up again to fix them. 3 days later they were returned and they had pulled the leather so tight and staples it to cover the slices they made the cushions looked horribel. Also the frame was still coming throught the side. When I talked to them today she told me thjey didn't see anything wrong with the furniture. She actually said there was no reason for them to slice the cushions and how did they know I didn't slice them. I told her they were sliced when they tried to restuff them. She said the furniture looked good to her even though the frame is coming through the leather, slices show from the front of the cushion (as they sliced it open to far). I asked them to replace the set but was told they will keep fixing it. Everytime they fix it it gets worse. Plus they think it looks good now all sliced up. Now it seems that tjhey have lst the couch. When I refused the furniture they wouldn't give me a copy of the refusal. When I talked to them today they said they don't give copies of refusals. How convienent that they can't find the couch. I do have a lot of pictures and it shows it still on their delivery truck.
