I purchased a Groupon for a photo frame. The end product that I received was nothing like what was advertised on the website/at the time of purchase. Basically, all I received was a black piece of paper (my pictures were not showing at all, since they were also dark, but I was unaware of this problem at the time of purchase because on my computer screen everything looked good) in a black frame. I cannot say that the product is defective, but it is for sure a very disappointing product. I am extremely dissatisfied with it. Groupon agreed to send me a replacement if the item was defective, but this is definitely not an issue of defect, it is just mere dissatisfaction that arises from the fact that the product that I saw when purchasing online is way different than what I got at home.
