Flat Screen TV

I have had my TV for 2 years. It just all of a sudden quit working. We called Sears repair and they "trouble shot" the TV and said it was the light bulb thing inside. Told us they would send one out, that we would have it in 5 to 6 days. 7 days later, no light bulb, so I called. "Oopps", it hasn't left the dock. So then, we received it 3 days later and it did NOT fix the TV. Then we had to get a technician out to look at it which took another week. He came out and tried several things and still couldn't get it fixed. So he ordered a part and it then took a week to get that part in. The tech came back out and that part did not fix the TV either. So, at this point out TV quit on Sept 29 and we were 3 weeks out from when the TV quit. Now the tech says it is some "main part" and they don't make it anymore and it is going to have to be sent out to be fixed. At this point, he suggested the TV be replaced to his boss and he said no. I called in and asked for it to be replaced and they also said no even though I have it completely under warranty still. So, now he sends out this part to be repaired (I was NOT happy) and it should be back in 2 weeks. Well, 2 weeks is here and no part. So the tech calls me to see if it is all ready and I told him no, no part. I then called in to Sears tech support and they can't even find any information to tell me except it is still being worked on. They wouldn't tell me what was still being done nor when it should be completed. I still feel that this TV should be completely replaced. It is now 11-14 and still have no date set as to when this tv "might" be repaired. It is only under warranty for another 6 months and who knows how long this "repair" will even last. I was put through to 5 different people this morning trying to get an answer and wound up someone disconnecting me and then having to call back and then the man in the tech support was short & snappy with me. Your support help sucks!
