Purchased a Samsung front load washer and dryer two years ago. Yesterday the dryer drum stopped moving. I called CS and was told the dryer was out of warranty and needed to be serviced. I called a service tech today who informed me that Samsung has had major problems with the belt and pulley system of the dryers, but they refuse to recall them. Had to call another service tech because the first one was in a different town. Have someone coming out tomorrow but he informed me that it will take up to 10 days to get any Samsung part for the dryer. Are you kidding me? Come on Samsung - $80.00 service call, plus labor and parts and 10 days without a dryer? This is dryer is TWO years old. I so regret buying a Samsung - Should have stuck with Whirlpool - I never had any problems with them.
