I paid $150 extra to get repair service done on 10 month old washer machine I purchased at the Cedar Hill TX location. I have been on the phone with them for a week now and still no service. There was a scheduled service but when the tech called he said sorry i don't service your area and i took the day off of work waiting on them. Everytime you call you get a different excuse on why it is not fixed yet. I have bad credit already so with me not paying them monthly is not going to hurt me anymore... Don't buy anything from conn's it is a big conn...
