Ordered on 07/13 did not like it, did not receive free items or second unit. Returned unused in all original packaging with USPS signature required on 07/18. They received and signed for it on 07/23. No refund, no contact. Always 5 occasions receive messages that all parties are busy and they will return the call and do not. They do not respond to email. I want my refund and no future debits.
