Pots and pans were to be included but were not. After finally reaching them by phone I was informed that they were free but I had to pay another $70 shipping & handling. Also if I return the cooktop they will not refund the $69.90 shipping already paid. The cooktop is virtually useless without the proper cookware. These people are misleading in their advertising and are obviously not fair in their return policies.
