Short version: My washer broke and the Sears repair service has been a nightmare. Scheduling appointments 10 days to 2 weeks away only to be cancelled (by a pre-recorded message) the night before! Twice!
After calling and getting transferred from one person to another, no one can actually HELP.
I feel disrespected and insulted.
This has gotten so bad, that the fact that I haven't had a washer for weeks now, has become a secondary issue. I am so disappointed in Sears. After 20 years of loyalty, they have lost me. No more Sears for me!
