Fraudulent ripoff business victimized many consumers

I am doing this for my mother who was scammed out of $221.95 for this phony credit card company she was contacted over phone with this unbelieveable deal that she would $2,000 card with a startup fee of just $221.95... I am so pissed that she would give her info over the phone, but I am even more upset that this company would take advantage of a older woman who is on a fixed income. This company sucks and if I ever find out exactly where it is there will be hell to pay
