Two weeks ago I made an appt with Sears service. I was told a service representative would at my home at 8 A.M. Friday. At 8:15 A.M. I found a note on my door... Sorry we missed you. DAVE the service rep did not ring the doorbell to alert the 3 people inside the house of his arrival. I called service immediately and was told he had not closed my call, possible said the customer was not home and the lady on the phone sent him a message to call me. At 9 A.M. I called back and I was told a message was sent to DAVE to call me. At 11 A.M. I was told a message had been sent to DAVE to call me. I asked to speak to a manager and Ryan answered and told me he could reschedle me for this afternoon. I cancelled my appt and will work with a company that comes with better recommendations.
