Lies, lies, lies is all I've been getting from Sears! - Kenmore Refrigerato

I called two weeks ago to request service. I was told that I will have to schedule a 4-hour window for repair. I was told that Mon., March 4th between 1-5 would be my window. I explained to the CSR that I couldn't afford to sit at home for 4 hours and wait for someone to show up to repair my refrigerator. I requested that someone called me when they were on their way to my residence. I never got a call; however, when I arrived home around 4:30 I saw a yellow sign on my door stating that Sears Repair had been by my house and "Sorry we missed you". I called Sears in an uproar. They then advised me to reschedule my appt. On a day that I would be able to sit for 4 hours because their was no guarantee that the technician would call me ahead of time. The manager then gave me the appt. For Saturday, March 12 between 8-12... My birthday. The manager told me that since it was my birthday, I should schedule it in the AM so I wouldn't be sitting at home all day on my birthday waiting on them to show up... That they could come early and get my refrigerator fixed and that I could go on with my day celebrating my birthday. He said that he'd request for the tech to call me beforehand although he couldn't guarantee me that he would. Today is March 12 and it is 10:57 am. No one has showed up at my house yet. When I first called customer service they said that the repair guy called them to inform them that they had already been to my house but no one answered the door. My fiance and I have been here all night and all morning long. The only person who's been at our front door is the Jehovah's Witness. That is it. I'm even more angry because after I asked to speak to the manager, the CSR put me on hold and the phone hung up on me. No one even bothered to call me back so I've called them back. After I've asked to speak to a manager, I've been on hold for the past 35 mins (according to my cell phone). Sears keep lying to me time and time again. I finally got a manager, Naomi, on the phone and she told me that she saw in the computer the the matter has already been taken care of. I have never been so disrespected and lied to by any other company the way that Sear is lying to me. I've asked the manager to arrange for someone to come and pick up this lemon Kenmore refrigerator so that I can stop paying for it and go to Lowe's and get another one and have a more pleasant experience. So far, she's telling me that I cannot do that but all they can do is have someone try and come out again. They want me to go through these lies again... Like giving me the run around on my birthday isn't enough for them. There has to be something I can do. Sear should NOT be able to get away with doing customers like this...
