I recently had an appt with a SEARS repair man. I currently have a third party company, American Home Shield, that scheduled the appt. I had an appt window of 8-12 and I was home all morning waiting for the appt. At 1 PM I called my warranty service asking where he was. Apparently he closed the ticket and stated that I wasn't home. This was incorrect and he proceeded to bill my warranty company. It is painfully apparent that he either went to the wrong house or missed the appt. This is unacceptable service. I have evidence (in the form of other meetings that morning) that prove that I was at my house.
