If you are looking to have a pool built or any work done by Tommy or Amanda Myrtle of Serenity Pools & Spa run as fast as you can away from them. After over $30,000 dollars that we paid for a pool, we have a pool with missing support braces, missing bolts, leaks, a a concrete collar that does not meet the manufactures requirements, bent steel walls from putting water in before the concrete decking was installed, pumps and filters pad installed below the water level of the pool, pool set lower then agreed upon, a french drain install incorrectly, stairs that were not level, a floating liner, no safety cover, no salt system, no electrical installed, multiple issues that with in installation (so severe that engineers had to called in), no concrete decking and no fence. Oh I think I left out that their electrical work was so bad that it melted the elctrical cord and outlet. Oh that is right... They are not electricians. They have horrible communication skills, poor business practices, poor work quality, are great at giving you every excuse in the book (complete with a bunch of lies), a bunch of empty promises, and a huge headache. I guess I should say something positive about them. The have a good sales pitch, good prices and are great about telling you what you want to hear. All you have to do is read the reviews on the internet. They even made it to YOUtube. It is amazing how many victims Tommy and Amanda Myrtle have left behind in their dishonest work ethic history.
