Ray Brothers Construction & Granite, 1926 N. Ashland, Mesa, AZ 85203 installed new granite countertops in our home.in four years National Rebate Fund, LLC. Was to rebate $1,000.00. We sent in the required notices and finally, on October 19, the application with all proper backup. We had found Fund Administrators, LLC was no longer in the program, so per instructions on the Internet we sent it registered to National Rebate Fund, LLC. It came back as undeliverable.
