Can't believe how f-uped this place is. Sent two rebates for axiom dvd player from radio shack to the detroit rebate center. Two envelopes to two PO boxes with the same zip code.
I am waiting for the 70 buck rebate. They claim they never recieved the 65 buck rebate. After pressure from national tv they say they will honor it. HOWEVER, I sent copies (how smart I am) to their mesa arizona facility for re-submission.
After 4 weeks still nothing. Can't believe these a-holes. No wonder radio shack is shutting down 400-700 stores across the US. They can't keep their word but can keep your money.
