Rebate Ripoff

I submitted all required documentation to CompUSA for their rebate program according to their instructions.
All receipts, UPC Labels were included with the rebate forms.

I had two separate rebates. One for $50 and one for $150.
Both were denied for not including receipts/UPC labels.
If they received the form, they received the documentation.

I believe their rebate program is a big scheme. I am sure the longer they draw it out, the less people hang in there and the more rebates they don't have to give out.
I very carefully submitted the rebate forms knowing they were very sneaky in what they required and exactly how it was submitted. For example, each had to be mail individually.

Buyer beware, it may say you get a rebate, but probably if you are lucky, you may see your money in a couple of years. Of course, then I am sure they make sure the offer has expired by that time.
