I am very upset!!! I was promised a refund of $2,450.00 for having Lasik eye surgery. I sent the initial registration stub like I was instructed to do. (in 2007) I then waited the 47 months to send the claim form for my refund. (June) I received the envelope back, saying the place does not exist!!! ...
