We decided to go with Royal American Sunrooms & Conservatories to build our sunroom in April because of the National Energy Refund Rebate that went along with the contract. We were planning to get our rebate this month May 24. We just found your web-site today telling us to file a complaint if we had a refund oweing to us. We paid $48,821.00 for the sunroom, and were told that my husband would get $5,000.00 int., and I would also get $5,000.00 int. Back in four years just like a savings acct.
It sounded too good to be true, now we are finding that it was. We would very much appreciate you including us in the line of peole who are wanting to get the monies that was promised to them.
