National Rebate Acuvue ACUVUE National Rebate Waiting 6 months, multiple phone calls and e-mails and no rebate!

I purchased 8 boxes of Acuvue Oasys Contact Lenses on 03/14 and paid with a debit card. I was promised a rebate of $60. I followed all of the instructions and mailed my rebate form along with all of my receipts the same week. I also have copies of all my documents - rebate form, receipts. I was told to wait 5-7 weeks. I checked my rebate status online and it stated that it was sent out on 05/23. I waited a couple of days to receive it but I never did. I called Acuvue and I was told by the representative to wait another couple of weeks. I waited and never received anything. I called in again and was told by another representative that she will issue another rebate for me because I never received mine. I waited another 5-7 weeks and nothing. I decided to write an e-mail on 08/04. I received a response the same day which stated:
