I bought a memory card from buy.com and it had a $15.00 rebate. I never got the rebate and wrote about four emails to them asking them for the rebate. They never answered my emails. I will never buy from them. I recommend that if you buy something from them to look at the price without the rebate, because chances are that you will not get the rebate. They lie about rebates and then don't answer your request for the rebate.
