House of Iron, Inc. Took our down payment for three kitchen counter stools at the end of December. They said the order would be delivered in 4-5 weeks. Several weeks after that time had passed I contacted them to check on the order.
Mr. Klubchandani said the manufacturer was extremely busy and it would take a couple weeks more. After that time had passed I tried to contact him again over several weeks time, but only got voicemail. He never returned any calls. We finally stopped back at the store and he told us that the stools must have been delivered to another retailer who did not return them to the manufacturer, but kept them for their own resale and that he would probably have to re-order them.
Again he never returned any phone calls made to him over the next several weeks. At the end of March I returned to the store and found the business closed. Then we found out his wife has opened a similar store in Scottsdale, AZ called AZ. Bar Stool Connection.
