My Rowenta iron that I use for business was leaking so I sent it to Turnpike Appliance or smallappliance.com for repair as recommended by the manufacturer. Weeks went by I called and I e-mailed finally I got an e-mail saying it would cost $133.00 and a list of repairs to fix my iron. They tell me to just buy a new iron.
It only leaked at the seal otherwise it was great. I asked them to return the iron. Weeks go by I call and e-mail. Finally I talk to this Elicia she tells me I need to pay return shipping I say fine give my credit card. Finally months later I get the iron (IT'S BROKEN). I try to call and I just get cut-off everytime.
This company is the worst. They are completely dishonest. I understand thing happen but right the being I got the runaround. I called Rowenta who recommended this company, but they were no help.
Beware of this company they have no regard for the customer.
