Wow! I'll never order from Iron-onsrus.com again! I've tried to contact customer service about a very disturbing situation with my order, but there's no contact e-mail address... Really? The customer service is terrible because I called two times about this order and left messages, but nobody ever answered or returned my calls.
I recieved my order almost a month after I placed it (I placed the order on Sept. 26th in order to recieve it for my boyfriend's birthday on Oct. 18th, and I just recieved it today, Oct. 22nd - absolutely unacceptable!)
When I saw the product, I was shocked to see that I could have used iron-on paper and made much better quality iron-ons myself. The Pittsburgh Steelers logo/helmet in every patch was ridiculously distorted. The logo is a circle, NOT an oval! I feel that I should get my money back for this horrible experience, but who knows if I will ever hear from the company?
