On August 13 I ordered a counter stool plus a set of two simple counter stools and was immediately charged $350. I did receive one stool ($230 value) within a couple of weeks however the stool was terribly uncomfortable.in the meantime I had selected a couple more stools to try, ordered and was charged on 8/29. These were $299.97. I contacted Barstool Supercenter regarding the first (and only) stool delivered and after three weeks of back and forth finally received a return authorization. I also requested they cancel the remainder of my first order since they were apparently backordered forever. I packed up the stool and shipped it off Fed Ex and it was delivered two days later to the designated address (Niles, MI). I too was informed of the 20% restocking fee and the $10. Cancellation fee. It is now November 20, I have recieved no merchandise and am ignored for the most part in my attempts to receive either merchandise or credit for my $650.investment. DO NOT ORDER from these people. I believe I have been robbed and I can't find anyone to help.
