This is a big time rip-off! The informercial stated $14.99 for the curling iron. Ordered one got two, for what whatever reason. Few weeks went by and a charge on my card for the $14.99. Few more weeks $34.97 charge. Few more weeks and $72.55 charge showed up. Called the company was was told the charge would be removed if i would keep the iron (irons) and the trial period extended. Few more weeks, another $14.95 charge. Called the company and was told that was for hair products, i did not order. That charge would be taken off when i returned the items i did not order. Anther charge within 3 days $46.64.By the time this curling iron (irons) are paid for the total will be over $200.00. Far cry from $14.99 that was on tv.
I called the company and told them all of this shit would be returned to them. They said the trail period was up and they would not take them back.
BBB and instyler will get the same letter along with the boxed up iron (irons) and the hair products. Whatever they want to do with them will be ok. The charges will be removed from my card.
