I ordered my custom wood blinds on March 4th. I have made several phone calls to the company, and was put on hold for 1 hour each time. Finally, after speaking with someone with very poor customer service skills, I was told that the blinds were "backordered" from the manufacturer. Let me add that the male person I spoke with did not speak very good english.
My shipping date was set back another 2 weeks. That shipping date came and went, and still no blinds. I have been trying to call in the past week, and now there is a message given about a "system upgrade", and there is nobody available to speak with over the phone.
I have tried to email the company as well, but I haven't received a response from anyone. I have gone to the website to enter my confirmation number to see if my shipping date has changed, but now I can't even get a response from that anymore.
Next, I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company. This company has very poor service!!! Do they work out of a box???
