I have been a valued customer with sears since 1982. I have only been late once... I have never missed a payment. On oct 4th i was given a new card by sears via the mail... My credit limit has always been 9,650.00. I tryed to charge some eyegalsses on my account and was denied. My new credit limit was now 1300.00 dollars by equifax thru sears.
That is not fair to cut my credit limit and not even call me. I have never abused my sears credit card and i earned the right to have my credit limit pushed back to where is was before. It should not matter about other accounts i have had problems with in the past. If i need a new computer, tires for my cars or clothes i need that buffer of credit... Nowadays its hard enough to make ends meet, but i have always took care of my charge card w/sears. I would like to request my regular account w/sears back.
